Licensed Counselor And Coach
ABOUT ME
I'm extremely passionate about recovery and all things health. I find no greater happiness than inspiring people on the miraculous path of healing. Born and raised in Long Island, I moved to Los Angeles at 17 with a recording contract. When that fell through, due to my addiction issues I became a comedian. I performed with The Groundlings, Second City, and as a stand- up all over until my alcoholism and depression were too much to bare. I got sober in 2013 and became a certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Holistic Health Coach. I worked at one of the top treatment centers in the world and ran the family program with the renown Clinical Director for a couple of years. In 2017, I started companioning and coaching. I have supported many people on their journey and witnessing their expansion has been an honor. I specialize in supporting people through addiction, eating disorders and chronic illness. As a person who suffered with Lyme and Mold Toxicity, I also have the experience of overcoming health issues personally.
I live a life full of curiosity, pursuing interests in spirituality, cooking, restaurants, planning and organizing. I am always peeling layers of the onion and never stop working on myself. I am a graduate of the Hoffman Process Program, Tony Robbins Training program and deeply involved in Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work, truly believing we create the life we want.
I am committed to creating safety and stabilization.
I am 100% invested in supporting my clients and meeting them where they’re at.
Self-love and compassion, is my main goal.
I believe in possibility and will help create the life desired.
